Hello there! I'm new to this guitar community and I would very much like to get involved, but there is no way for me to do so because I am an native english speaker. could there be a english discussion section in the future? Thanks for your time! = 3

An English forum would be great. I think there are a few more English speakers here. Until then, I hope it is not considered rude when I post in English in the Chinese-language threads.

The community here seems very friendly and helpful. If anything they would love more english speaking members. I'm pretty darn happy I found a forum with a good member base.

I didn't know there were others like me. I was scared to post in english so I have been just browsing the forum, but have passed up some very good

tabs because of the restrictions :(

If its okay to post in english then i think I will contribute more!

Just a question about the tabs, I'm thinking of contributing tabs, but I have never written tabs before.:'(

Does it have to be in guitar pro, or can i handwrite them?

Sorry for the long post, and that it is all in English, I feel so ashamed because I am chinese but I don't know how to read or write!!! :'(

Hello to you too,   I was born and raised in Canada

My parents are from hong kong but moved to Canada. I can speak cantonese but i just can't read or write :(

I was thinking of writing tabs for treasure by Kotaro Oshio he is my favourite guitarist, I actually found this site from watching fingerlee's tutorial videos for Fight!

I know there are already tabs for treasure by Lancerirving but there are some things that i would like to improve on, and add like palm (+) or I don't know what its called but It's where Kotaro taps the strings with two fingers on his right hand. If you have seen the official tabs for Big Blue Ocean it looks like (x) across 2 or 3 strings.

Is it okay for me to write these tabs, or would it be rude? because Lancerirving has done a good job and I don't want to be rude.

Nobody bites you if you post english here.

As more and more people in China are learning English, so there might be someone posting English thread thinking that "foreign identity"  would bring some privileges to them, but that may bring ridicule instead of privilege.  
but if you are a genuine friend from other country, don't be afraid, get youself involved here. i just saw that our admin helped translate the english thread into Chinese.    so why not try posting some threads to get our admin some finger stuff to do?

Well, I guess every Native English speaker is gonna end up in this thread sometime or other. It's great to see so many people interested in acoustic fingerstyle here!
On my side, I'm tryin' to get some Masa Sumide tabs... they're nowhere but in this forum only...
