How to tell if tabs requite your POINTS or POWER?

Hello!
This may sound incredibly stupid, but I don't know any chinese so I'm "fumbling around in the dark".

When the option to download the tab comes available, how do I know whether it costs points or if it's free with you power?
This is all quite complicated for a foreigner so ANY help would be much appreciated!

easily,,,if you find a number in the dialog box when u download a tab,it means REQUITE.(not all are good,so dont waste your points :P),but if it turns to another page,while not downloading,it means ur power isn't enough…:( so go and get more points …forgive my poor english.any questions?ask me if you like:P
