Im not sure either JJ007 but I heard somewhere it might be a piece dedicated to his daughter. But dont quote me on it, as Im not entirely sure if thats true or not

I think it also means 'dance'

Yes, come to think of it, Mai is a girl's name in Japanese.
You may already know this, but just in case you don't, I think it's helpful to include the names in Chinese in your post :

Rynten Okazaki = 岡崎倫典
Mai = 麻衣
