“看下来” I think that's a wrong sentence
I am not sure ,but i think it should be “看起来”，that's means "looks like"or "looks as","it seems"

maybe that sentence means"it's seems diffcult to pronounce"
but I am sure that's not something bad

This term is racist and derogatory.

Although I'm not from China, I'm a Chinese and find this term utterly offensive.
